SERENDI and Tishman Speyer Celebrate the Completion of 227 W Monroe Building Amenity

SERENDI, a leading architectural design firm, is proud to announce the successful completion of its partnership with client Tishman Speyer on the stunning building amenity located at 227 W Monroe. The project, which was completed on December of 2022, has received high praise from Tishman Speyer, who is thrilled with the end result.

The team at SERENDI focused on brightening up the space and creating a warm and cozy atmosphere that would match Tishman's Clubhouse branding. With a "light" touch of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE), SERENDI was able to completely transform the space, making it usable for both day and night.
